Support the work of FKND Foundation. Our work has helped 8,388 students with free eye screening for visual acuity and 9,638 students in ear screening for hearing loss while also assisting parents with providing aids and reading glasses for these students mainly in the Ashanti region of Ghana.

Initiatives
Health Screenings
FKND Foundation identifies special needs children who are facing barriers to learning. Focusing on hearing, visual and learning disabilities, FKND’s free services ensure that these children receive critical interventions that allow them to remain in school, reduce school drop-out, reduce stigma, and maximize their full potential.
FKND Learning Center
FKND Foundation Learning Center is an interactive educational initiative that works directly with parents and students to promote the mainstreaming of special needs students and the creation of an inclusive educational environment for all learners.
Research & Analysis
FKND Foundation conducts and advocates for research and analysis to identify causes and prevention of disabilities. To this end, FKND collaborates with healthcare professionals, government agencies, partnering organizations academia, and the private sector to highlight emerging trends and significant developments impacting students with disabilities.
Direct Services
FKND Foundation works with partner organizations to support children with disabilities and their families with scholarships, school materials, assistive devices and other resources to help expand opportunities and improve quality of life of special needs students.
Advocacy
FKND Foundation conducts outreach to parents and community leaders to promote the value of screenings and the need for ensuring students with disabilities or those with special needs to stay in schools
